The Emerson is the perfect backdrop for your modern boho wedding. Have you ever seen a cuter little white chapel in the woods?! I sure haven’t.
Earlier this fall I photographed a crazy beautiful styled shoot at The Emerson that Kendall and Irina were designing as a team. Together, they were able to create a gorgeous design with boho vibes, modern touches, and eclectic elements. Scroll down the see all the beauty they dreamt up!
The models looked flawless with their hair and makeup done by Tease to Please. They were sporting insanely beautiful Rue De Seine dresses from A & Be Dallas and handcrafted jewelry from Tree Myriah. Custom signage from the ultra-talented ladies at Satin Pavement and gorgeous unique rental pieces from Coral Lane really rounded out the concept. In addition, Anila Demi was responsible for creating the bold invitation suite while Iris & Iree was providing a killer floral design.
We were lucky to have two real life couples join us for this shoot! Both of whom are wedding vendors themselves, so they knew what they were getting themselves in to. It’s always so beneficial to have real life couples as your models as opposed to two random strangers. For instance, making two strangers get intimate can be hella awkward, am I right?
I think we can all agree that the bohemian wedding trend has gotten a much needed facelift over the past year. So many new creative uses of texture, color, and materials. Most importantly, I can’t wait to see how you put your own twist on your modern boho wedding at The Emerson.
